some thoughts on being maleHow can you hide when you are in plain sight? Why do you cry on the inside and scream on the out? Man claims that woman is the most unexplainable of creatures and in the same breath shoves everything down and lies to himself. The biggest lie told by man is the one he tells himself. Every day wondering if you will be who you are or who you show. Play the game, never be anything but what they want. Surfing LifeIn 1999 I was stationed at Schofield Barracks Hawaii which is up toward the North Shore area on the island of Oahu. North shore is where pipeline and all the great surfing spots are. After about a month on island I started going up to some of the beaches on North Shore when I got a chance (I was recently divorced and still had a great many issues with my own personal anger to work through). A few years back in High School I was on an undefeated State Championship swim team and I figured surfing couldn't be too hard and would be good fun.
